Even after they have crossed the stage ....they may not be ready to be exposed to the pressure of the position you are about the place them in.  Our coaches help ensure that your new or even potential team players have the core beliefs and personalities needed to take on their new role.  We keep them focused while they are posting events on Facebook, we keep them thinking before they hit "UPDATE".
